You had nothing on Coburn, a sixth-generation egg farmer from Keswick Ridge. “I was pretty excited,” he said Monday. While consumers were feasting on the fun of getting their favourite fast-food morning treat whenever they wanted, Coburn was busy ramping up production to meet the increasing demand. “We are seeing an increase in the demand for eggs in Canada. We have for the last 10 years,” Coburn said. “Things like these all-day breakfasts are driving that demand.”
